IRON HAND

This is a basic Iron Hand training course which should be done for minimum of 6-12 weeks.
Training includes both physical exercises of hitting the object and breathing exercises.
The goal of the training is not to make you able to break tons of bricks but to strenghten/prepare your hands for violent contact with different surfaces.

The basics of this course is the usage of the slapping/hitting method.
You hit/slap a bag filled with beans, with different parts of your hand.
You start with hitting for 30 repetitions, and working your way up to 100 repetitions, with each part of your hand.
Five hand positions are used at this level of training.
To prevent the damage of skeleton, muscles and nerves before and after hitting the bag iron hand liniment is rubbed into the hands.
Breathing exercises / meditations are done directly after hitting.
